What the site stores on your device (link to section)
| What | Where | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Theme | Local storage | Remembers light, dark or system. |
| Tool settings | Local storage | Remembers options you chose, such as quality. |
| Offline cache | Service worker cache | Keeps the site's code so the tools work without a connection. |
None of these hold your images. Your images are processed in memory and are not saved by the site.
How to clear it (link to section)
- Theme and tool settings. Clear the site's data in your browser settings, or open your browser's developer tools and remove the site's local storage.
- Offline cache. Clearing the site's data in your browser settings also removes the service worker and its cache.
After you clear it, the site works as it did on your first visit.
